Good afternoon have a nice dinner, I made myself fries with unions some majo and curry it was delicius.
I think I'm gonna make the saturday the fat day with beer and fries or pizza or whatever one day to misbehave myself.

Unioncutting

You will probably think what? union cutting? we have devices for that you know.. yes yes I know misses device for everything but some handwork would also be welkome in your life you know.
Ok I picked it up from a fest in the netherlands it was called de huishoudbeurs. There was a famous chef doing all sort of things and then I saw him cut unions yeah what a way to cut it. You clean the union then cut it in half but let the roots intact. you cut sideways like the picture above until the roots dont cut the roots.

After you cut it the other way you get these litte block. It is 5 minutes work and it is supersimple. Have fun trying this.

Oliebollen

Yesterday I baked my oliebollen but something went wrong and I allready know what it is. I have to wait longer then 45 minutes to let is rize and my apples were too wet and too much. You must dry the rezins also i didnt do that and there was too much water in the dough but I baked like 18 oliebollen. The taste is good but the inside is not good.

I dont want to post things double yesterday I said I would post something about jim kwik. My last post about Jim Kwik was very informative look into it. The Timeboxing thing is also something I'm looking into.

Also I will begin to stream my battles on my gameaccount @greendeliver-sm look there when I go online.
