Waking up

I woke up at 05.00 and didn't do the the Jim kwik routine.

Today

Today was the hospital day, but I just woke up at 5 o’clock because I do that normally too during the weekdays so I will stay in the rhythm.
they did some tests and took blood. 2 buckets of blood. The nurse did some searching and said hmmm this one is good. I’m used to it, but in another hospital in Gouda the works a lady who must be forbidden everyone she gets in nerves etc not only by me but with every patient she gets and only there. After that I’am wasted I now know why. 5k steps only going to the hospital. It began with parking there wasn’t any parkingspace so I went to the neighborhood and parked the car there. I entered the hospital the wrong way and walked all the way through the hospital to get to the good department. after that I had to go to the specialist, after that other specialist and gave blood. like 4,5k steps further I was home.

I have also a drugwars account. Back to the drugwars, now I’m in early too so I've invested a few hundred steem in the game, okok not much for the developers but I see it as a investment with returns.

I shuffled with some steempower. All my bought delegated steempower was pulled back so I shuffled with some steempower to stay in business without renting steempower again.
