This new lottery is available unlike virtually all others on steemit. It will be conducted every four days and this post will be paid out every seven, as the post pays out. 90% of the post payout goes to the winner with the exact winning number. The other 10% of the pool will always carry over to the next pool for the up-and-coming period. All entries payments and post payments of this lottery will all be paid out fully to the contestants. If the exact winning number is not listed among the entrants, the entire prize pool will carry over to the next post when it is paid. If it is won the 90% of the SBD payout will go to that user, and the other 10% will again carry over to the next contest period.

To play, simply upvote the post, and transfer 0.01 to @cryptkeeper17 (limit one entry for one user name vote). Unless you invite someone that is new to the platform (reputation of less than 30 or less than 7 days on steemit, then you each get an additional entry, ask for details or check below for examples). Of course your entry fee is $0.00 if you already belong to the curation trail. All payments will stay in the prize pool until the lottery is over, and then it's paid out in seven days if there is a winner, if there is no winner then all entry fees will transfer to the next drawing further growing the jackpot! All entries must done in the first four days, otherwise they will be invalid and refunded. At the time of the determination of the winning number within the post comments must be at least 2 full days (or more) older in the comment section. Any newer than that will result in a disqualification.

The winner will determined by the generation of a random number based off of the two digit numbers of the Dow Jones Industrial Average at the close of trading, 3pm eastern time Friday, March 16, 2018. For example, if it were to close that day at 25,144.42, then the person with the random number listed in the comment section with "42" would be the winner. If there is no winner the entire jackpot (100% of the steemdollars) are passed on to the next post, and the winner of that. If there is no winner, then that amount will be forwarded until someone matches the exact number from 00 to 99.
