Was the Las Vegas shooting of October 1st carried out by "Professional Actors"? You be the judge...see letter attached.

Charles Mayer who works for the Union in Las Vegas, posted a notice posted by Union title "Mandatory Active Shooter Training" on September 30th, 2017. The question is why would the Active Shooter Training be "Mandatory" 1 day before what happened today's mass shooting in Las Vegas? Doesn't it seem too coincidental..."Mandatory Active Shooter Training" 1 day before the Active Shooter incident. Please see attached photo. Does anyone think we are actually dealing with an average guy doing this "according to the official story" or could we have "professional actors" carrying out a political act as a means of mass gun control persuasion?
