Today, I want to pay special attention to your transformation, that is the reason for this entire program.

I started this program to transform y ability to learn and to increase my brainpower, now nearing to the end of the program, I really want to understand how to lock-in my transformation and how to make the tool and the skills acquired on this program a part of my life forever. I guess this lesson is the most important one and I hope I will learn a strategy how to make these newly acquired abilities a part of me.
Today, I have to pay special attention, I said to myself, straightening up and focusing on the screen of my laptop.

Today is May 7th, and it is the twenty-ninth day of my 30-day "Superbrain" program by Jim Kwik.

In the previous 28 days, Jim taught different techniques to memorize things, shared exercises, hacks and lifestyle tips that improve brainpower, gave various effective ways to memorize names and vivid and memorable mental images, Jim also gave a great method learn foreign languages, words, also Jim shared a powerful technique to memorize texts word for word that he teaches famous actors, we started working with numbers and how to memorize them.

5 Levels Of Transformation

Long-term change and transformation require a methodic and systematic approach to lock in, so to create long-lasting results we need to address 5 levels of transformation. Only when we know how to create a long-lasting transformation the results and skills we want to integrate into ourselves will become a part of us.
A transformation has 5 Levels we need to understand:

  1. Environment - To develop new skills and to create a transformation you have to have the right environment. For example, If you want to learn to remember names better but you don't meet new people at all it will be extremely difficult to create the transformation you desire.
    The environment needs to correspond to the transformation, in order to develop the name remembering skills you have to surround yourself with new people.

  2. Behavior - To transform yourself you need to want to the change and act on the change, so if you want to develop a name remembering skill you have to learn and practice to make this skill a part of you.
    Behave like the person with the skill you want to acquire.

  3. Abilities and Skills - To create and change yourself you have to acquire new abilities that will grant you the possibility to transform yourself. To learn how to memorize names easily you need to receive and learn the proper tools (Like the P.I.E method).
    Learn new abilities to facilitate your transformation.

  4. Beliefs and Values - Our beliefs are what defines our possibilities. If we don't believe in our ability to transform we will never truly transform and will only create short-term change. If you say to yourself that you are not good at remembering names the chance that any technique will help you are slim.
    Change the beliefs and values to make transformation a possibility.

  5. Self-identification - I is the most important word in the English language because what comes after it creates the person that we are. As long as you identify yourself as a smoker you will not be able to quit. Self-identification is crucial to creating a true transformation, so if we want to remember names better we have to identify ourselves as someone that has a great memory and high learning skills.
    Affirm yourself as the person you are transforming to.

Effective transformation must include change on all the 5 levels.
we can consider these 5 levels as answers to specific questions, questions stimulate an important part of the brain called R.A.S ( Reticular Activating System) that helps to bring a faster transformation and change to our brain.
The questions the correspond the levels of transformation are :

Enviornment - Where?
Behavior - What?
Abilities - How?
Beliefs - Why?
Self - identification - Who?

Answering these question in regard to a transformation will give all the tools needed for the change you want to implement in your life.
To start the transformation we need to answer the question What? - What do we want to be able to do ? and from then on we need to answer the questions - How?, Why?, Who? and finally Where? and implement the correct answers into our life.

Conclusion of day 29

Understanding what I need to create long-lasting change in my life was incredible, I understood why some change in my life were successful and other a complete failure. Finally, I received a great system to follow to transform my life.
There is only one day left and I can't wait for tomorrows lesson. This program has really transformed my life and I feel like a different person - a sharp, quick thinker with exceptional memory.
