A classic IHS set up! Thank you for the analysis.
If the price breaks out above the white neckline, I'm pretty sure
it will try to retest the neckline. If the retest succeeds, then I might go in.

The IHS has two phases: Completion and confirmation. Completion is when the shoulders and head are complete and confirmation is when price decisively breaches the Neckline.
