Hallosteem Makeup Contest 2017

Theme : Halloween

Rules

1. This contest is open to all Steemians.
2. This contest is limited to language barrier, please submit your post in English or Chinese.
3. Make up progress is an advantages, 5 votes will automatically given to those posted with progress.
4. You may makeup for yourself, friends, pets or children.
5. You are required to hold your steemit ID for verification.
6. The judging is open to all steemians.
7. You are free to use any method to create your makeup.
8. The deadline for the event is November 5, 00:00 Hong Kong time.
9. Any attempt to steal other's work is considered a serious infraction and the works will be disqualified from this competition.

Guidelines

1. Please write a new post, include the title : "Hallosteem makeup contest" in your post's title
2. One of the tags must be: "hallosteem-makeup"
3. Post a link or your entry below the comment thread.
4. You are suggested to include a brief description on how you created your makeup, what materials did you use, and where the idea of this makeup came from.
5. You may submit more than 1 entry in one post. Just let us know in your post.

Hallosteem 化妝比賽

##主題：萬聖節

規則

1. 本次比賽是開放給所有的Steemit社區的所有朋友。
2. 本次比賽僅限於語言障礙，請以中文或英文提交您的帖子。
3. 過程照是一個優點，5票將自動給予在文章有過程照的人。
4. 你可以為自己，朋友，寵物或孩子化妝。
5. 參加者需附上一張參賽作品和你Steemit ID 同時出現的真實照片作為認證。
6. 判審將開放給每一位Steemian。
7. 化妝比賽不限于任何材料。
8. 活動截止日期為香港時間11月5日00:00。
9. 任何竊取他人工作的企圖都被認為是嚴重的違規行為，而且這項工作將被取消參賽資格。
