RE: Sunday screwing and scrumy soup

I tend to go for aesthetics as well XP

Shelves came up good! We have gyprock walls too, currently only a pain as one of our planned renos involves moving the laundry out of the utility bathroom and we're not trusting a dryer to the wall so we'll have to figure something out XD

Sort:

Gyprock is a good building material but has limitations - Hanging clothes dryers is one. There should be some studs though, hopefully exactly where you need them to be for that dryer. Get ya stud to locate dem studs! 😂

We have tried banging on the walls in the area we are thinking but so far sounds like there isn't any where we need so might need to reconsider XD We have ages anyway as we still need to save up.

Hmm, that makes it more difficult. You could pick up studs further out to the sides of the wall, screw in a supporting beam to them, paint it the same colour as the wall, then mount to that. Problem is that beam will be visible and may not look the best. I'm sure you'll work something out.

I'm sure we will when we actually have t do it. May also be able to do something with the wall itself as it's currently not a wet wall and will have to be made one x_x
