Happiness and we .....

All the efforts in our life are to make ourselves happy. Because everyone in the world wants to be happy. Although we may not always be happy in all respects. Yet our efforts continue. Some find happiness in the pursuit of money and one finds happiness in the pursuit of power. In fact, we try to make ourselves happy from different points of view.

However, many people try to buy happiness with money, because they believe that people can be happy only if they have more money. In their view happiness is a kind of product. Although enjoyment or better living can temporarily bring some happiness to people. But they are never really happy spiritually. Because happiness is not a matter of the world, it is of a psychological matter. Although many disagree with this view.

In that case, to understand happiness, one must first understand sorrow. Because for those who do not understand grief, the definition of true happiness will never be understood. Happiness is not a matter of eternity, because it comes to the human being for a moment. A man cannot spend the same 24 hours. He has to go through various problems for various reasons. Therefore, happiness is also present in the lives of happy people. But the difference is that happy people simply accept frustration and suffering.

So the question may be what is real happiness? Does everyone get happiness? Moreover, what is the source of happiness? Such questions may arise. The answers can vary from one person to another. Because maybe someone is satisfied with money or property. Many people identify money as the cause of the unrest. Some are happy to lead a difficult life, while others think of poverty as the root cause of unhappiness. That's why I've said before, happiness is a psychological thing.

Whatever you have, if you are emotionally satisfied with the way you live. Although do not worry about what others have, even if you do not have the desire to pursue something else by following others, if you do not stop your mind from accepting a sacrifice for others, then you are mentally happy. In my view it says.

I believe that there is happiness in every good work, not in the enjoyment of true happiness, but in the realization of the sacrifice of leaving something for others. Although the interest of enjoyment is in everyone's mind, there is no abandonment mindset. Rather, it has to be made. Try and find true happiness.
