The last of 1000 PLN / 200€ gaming desktops
You can still get a somewhat decent gaming desktop built from new components, for just 1000 PLN / 200€ this season (of late spring festivals/International Children's Day/First Communion/end of the school year/etc. )
The latest (though not necessarily the greatest) games like Forspoken or The Calysto Protocol are out of the question.
But it's still perfectly possible to play all the popular e-sports titles like Fortnite, CS GO, League of Legends, etc.
Such a computer will also handle all PS4/Xbox One games.
And it will also be great for doing homework, writing essays with hundreds of tabs opened in a browser, and joining lessons on Microsoft Teams, and other schoolwork.
With Vega 11 graphics card, most games will look surprisingly good (and more demanding PS4/Xbox One games like Cyberpunk 2077 will still look okay).

As for cooling, Ryzen 5-2400G BOX variants should have a 'free' cooler included.
But if that's not the case, there are many cheap coolers out there (especially from China) - such as Jonsbo CR1200 for 2.77 USD, as recently reviewed by Gamers Nexus:

That leaves us with around 100 PLN to pay for the assembly fee for a technician. This seems reasonable judging by current prices on a few offers below

And this particular job is pretty much as straightforward as it gets - no BIOS updates, no adapters for coolers, no additional fans, and even no dedicated graphics card (and therefore no graphics card cables to manage).
Simple and quite common modern components - basically it doesn't get easier than that.
So the assembly fee should reflect that.
