The Estate of the Late Jim Nabor's Sells for $12 million

The oceanfront estate of late actor Jim Nabors who played Gomer Pyle on TV just sold for $12 million. The selling price was $2.888 million less than the asking price. The house is almost 5900 square feet and was built in 1950. The buyer has not been identified at this time.
