Reflection and Awakening

This is a time of reflection, ending conflicts within yourself, a time of healing and reawakening.

Fall is the perfect time to balance your shadow side with your light. It’s a time of discovery, of life and our harmonic center. Its an ideal time to turn our attention to wholeness and balance in every area of our life.

Fall is a time of letting go surrendering. You may have tried a million different things this year to make things work, relationships work, to make the way in which you’ve always done things work. Autumn is a great time to let some things go and surrender to a new way of doing things. Just try something new.

It’s time to quit compromising our true feelings and who we are by putting forth words actions and deeds that do not line up with our truths.
Stop living a lie and compromising who we know we are in exchange for getting along with others.

Take off the mask (that has become your face) Drop the fake and live your truth. Return to truly loving yourself and move to a higher level of consciousness that allows you to be okay with whether people accept the real you or not. If they don’t they are not meant to be in your life.
As long as we continue to do this we will continue to run into disharmony in life which is a karmic imprint, a reminder that we need to right the wrongs in our life.

The season of Autumn is when our rhythmic flow recalibrates to a different rhythm shifting away from Summer's activities and moves to into a new season of reflection and for some a new awakening.

For some this new season stirs within a yearning a need for more time alone when we turn our attention on us and all that we need, such as a stillness and meditation to recharge all the way to the cellular leverl, allowing for a replenishing of our energy.

During our alonenes we can make space for healing, nourishment, nurturing and too pampering. Its a time when we should surrender to wholeness, to change and without judgement live life to the fullest which includes with great expectation of all the best that is yet to come.
