How magical ithe is, to see the Blood Moon. The magic and romance goes without saying.
But what impact does it have on our wellbeing? ie the moon in general.

#fullmoon
As the moon orbits around the earth, it's gravity exerts a pull, affecting the objects on the earth. This impacts on the liquid ocean, and gives rise to the high and low tides,so powerful.

#lunar
Some believe, that it exerts a pull on the blood in our bodies, making some individuals a bit light headed. This has been a belief for centuries. As some people exhibit erratic behaviour around the full moon. Hence the term Lunatic (Lunar Tic)

#McDonalds
I remember a publication, called the McDonalds Almanac, which farmers used as a guide to plant crops. It goes along with the phases of the moon, suggesting the best days to plant seeds.
Of course, nowadays, we have lunatic fertilisers.

#wellbeing
It seems to me, that the best course of action, is to be guided by your instincts, and if you feel agitated for whatever reason, take a chill pill, lie on your back, and look up at the moon.
