THE PROBLEM WITH HAND SANITIZERS

1.They make the skin dry and damages it, especially those made with alcohol. They remove the natural oils on the skin

2.They cause early aging because if the dryness of the skin. Wrinkles and flaky skin is experienced with much use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers

3.Some of the hand sanitizers do not list the active ingredients used for making them. So you do not know what chemical you are exposing yourself to.

SHOULD HAND SANITIZERS THEN BE CONDEMNED?

washing with soap and water is good especially if the dirt on your hands is visible. However, will you always have water and soap with you everywhere you go? No. Hand sanitizer will suffice when you can't get soap and water, more so it eliminates germs because it kills them.

So, are you confused? This post is not intended to condemn hand sanitizers, you have seen a few problems with it, there is no problem with water and soap especially antibacterial soap. Only that you may not carry them about. So strike a balance on how you use hand sanitizer, it is useful but be careful.
