Many people are troubled by the stomach fat problem. Nutritionist believes that there is no such miracle diat, food, nutrition or bioactive component, which only reduces Fat of abdomen area. However, taking fibers and low saturated fat reduces stomach fat.
Looking at obesity-related diseases, lot of attention is being given to fat deposited around the waist and abdomen. Nutritionist Dr. Petola says that besides body weight, widening of the waist increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. These hazards are especially associated with forgetful adipose tissue.
Definitions can vary, but roughly 34 in females and 40 inches in men can be measured in obesity. Waist measure is the easiest way. Stomach fat increases with age, especially in women and with hormonal levels.
These days the internet is full of reducing claims. Diets such as protein diets, green tea, intermittent and fasting are being claimed that they have less stomach fat. Although these trending methods are so effective, they have no evidence. None of these methods have been found to be more effective than Energy Restricted (low calorie).
