#NoBraDay 2018

Just like every October 11th has been set aside as the international day of the girl child, every October 13th has been set aside as #NoBraDay.

This is in support of breast cancer awareness and to encourage more women to be self conscious.

You need to visit your doctor when you notice pain in your breast, a lump in your breast or armpit, thickening in those areas too, any change in the skin, shape or size of the breast, when you notice dimpling in the breast, rash on the nipple and also inversion of the nipple, and also, look out for nipple discharge.

Lumps aren't reasons to panic, you may excise and get a biopsy done to determine if it is benign or malignant.
Benign lumps are harmless but malignant ones are dangerous and therapy must commence immediately.
