El ejercicio constituye parte fundamental de un estilo de vida saludable, nos ayuda a incrementar nuestro sistema inmunológico  y ser mas resistentes a enfermedades, también nos ayuda a mejorar nuestro estado de animo, haciendo que disminuyan nuestros niveles de estrés.
