We just recently made the move away from using plastic as our containers. We had about 75% plastic and 25% glass/steel. We now have 90% glass and 10% plastic. The food lasts so much longer in glass Pyrex than it ever did in plastic! It also tastes better. More people are realizing this thankfully, I’ve talked to numerous people and they’re switching to glass and steel for their needs. It could be because I live in Boston and it’s a fairly progressive attitude towards these things, but I’ve seen it more and more.
One of our friends had trouble getting pregnant and there were so many environmental factors involved they didn’t consider. He drinks about 10 sodas a day (or pop depending on what you call it lol), eats all kinds of junk, processed meats. He was consuming so much stuff that was processed with DEHP and BPA I wouldn’t be surprised if that had a major influence on it as well.
