Dear Diary: It Is Hotter Now But I Am Not Perspiring Like Hell Yet

The heat of the day today is still in transition although it is hotter but my gauge is how my body reacts to it because the heat I think is a bit more of a dry heat with lesser humidity than usual so I am not satisfied yet about having to experience a natural sauna bath LOL although I did sweat some today.

I would like to be liberal on my fluid intake and that will only be possible with heavy perspiration. So I am hoping that the weather will intensify soon because we are currently experiencing an El Nino phenomenon and the media here are already sensationalizing a water shortage which I think is the water company's way of wanting to charge more bill amount to its customers.

Sweating profusely is not a comfortable situation but in my case where I couldn't take out extra fluids from my body it is a good and natural way of getting rid of extra salt and water from my body along with other substances so it helps me a lot.

I wish that I could set up a sauna bath in my toilet bathroom but maybe it is doable with a thrifty stove I saw which uses a diesel fuel. Using it with a pressure cooker to make steam for a sauna is the idea so I think it will work and I will have to experiment about it if it will really work but the hotter season is coming so my need fro it is less but in the cold months I will have to take it into consideration.
