Most people drink water when they feel thirsty. At the same time, thirst in hot humid weather is not often the best indicator of dehydration. Can not take juice instead of water, because it contains plenty of sugar and calories. On the one hand, where fresh fruit juices contain vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, there is a large amount of fruit sugar in it. But the World Health Organization has considered it as harmful to the category of Harmful Free Sugar, which should not be consumed more than 25 grams daily.
