Hello steemians,
Many have allowed worry take over the wheel of their destiny, and they’ve lost a lot due to worry.

We allow ourselves been tormented by different issues and anxiety over issues. Of which can be solved if only we relax our minds.
We create panics in us over situations, this phenomenon brings burden in us.

Overtime, I’ve come to discover that worry rarely solves our problems, it does not provide solution we panic over. Rather it leaves the situation the same and mostly makes it get worse.

When we get into situations, worry is not the best next thing to do, the best next thing to do is to war it out, be a warrior over such issues and not just worry over them.

To balance my words, worrying is a natural phenomenon in human, same with anxiety and doubts. But brooding over this is wrong.
Worrying is good if it drives you to doing what will improve you, and not when it keeps you in depression and kills you and your vision.

When worries become excessive it could have impacts on your health and well being, mentally, emotionally, psychologically and even physical state of health.

Worrying will bring you to the state of anxiety and panic, it can overdrive your mind. When this happens it begins to interfere with your job, your performances in your field of discipline, your career, your relationship, even relationship with people, your sleep, it starts affecting the period of your sleep and rest.

When all these starts, you start seeing the following;
#Sweating
#Tension
#Memory #Loss
#Heart Attack
#Nausea
#Lack of #Concentration
#Lack of #Appetite
#Unsettled #Minds
#Inability to think straight

All listed above are some of the outcomes of worrying, when it becomes excessive.
We see people today with High blood pressure, stroke, hypertension. Most of these are caused by uncontrolled worrying, and in some extreme cases it leads to death.

One major reason why many of us worry is due to the fact that we view the world more than the way it actually is.
We hype so many things in our minds, which starts creating panic and anxiety within us, hence, we start worrying, especially uncontrollably and excessively.

W tend to see only one way to a target, believe we should have all, make comparisons with others, have more focus on negativity mindset that the positive mindset.
With these, worry comes into place.
Until you begin to set priorities right, know how much you value and what you want, you really would just continue swimming in the pool of worries.

You need to wake up the warrior in you over every situations and overcome worry, before worry overcomes you

Some of the ways to overcome worry, I highlighted a few I can say assuredly can help you overcome worry from today, and help you reduce the risk of your health been affected.
They include;

Take a deep breath: when you’re faced with big challenges, and you observe you’re beginning to worry excessively, relax your mind and take a deep breath, inhale and exhale deeply. By this you calm your mind and you push away negative thoughts away.

Meditate: with this you switch from thoughts about fears of the future to the present. You view beautiful things too and your mind opens to ideas that can help you out of your issues.

Share your worries: this helps you relief yourself off some burdens. Keeping all your worries to yourself will help build up your worries more and more until it overwhelms you. Learn to share with the right set of people.

Forget the Future, Focus on the Present: most worries are as a result of anxiety about the future. At times you just need to take your mind off the future and just focus your mind on the present.

Write down your worries: when it comes don’t ignore it, rather right them down, and go over them at some period.

Know solvable worries and unsolvable worries: if your troubles has a solution, why bother, think on the solution; if it does not, why worry, accept the fate.

These are not all you can do to stop worrying, but they are rudiments to stop worrying. You may need to make more enquiries for more help.
