Out of the 5 habits, the one that probably requires more discipline and effort to maintain is "exercising regularly".

Either way, today we have procedures that can help us solve pretty much every health issue we might develop.

Some people advocate the government to ban or impose taxes on various unhealthy products like sugary drinks.

I don't support that. I believe in individual responsibility, we don't need the government to condition us on whether a product is good or bad.
