I want to share some heealth benefits of dates.

Dates are a very healthy fruit to include in your diet. They are high in several nutrients, fiber and antioxidants. Dates are the fruit of date palm tree which is grown in many topical regions of the world.

Some of the health benefits of eating dates includes

Dates decreases cholesterol, treating constipation and boosting the energy levels.

Improve heart health
The antioxidants in dates prevent atherosclerosis which is basically the arteries getting hard and clogged with plague.

Treats Diarrhea
According to a report by the Columbia University Medical Center, diarrhea can get better or aggravated by the choice of food you consume. Dates being high in potassium can improve the condition.

Boost energy
