Good morning dear friends, thanks to @sweetsssj and @healthsquared, for this great opportunity to participate again in The Weekly Steemit Health Challenge.

Today's recipe is delicious, it is made in 5 minutes and it is also very healthy, what more could you ask for!

It is an ideal recipe to make in summer because it does not need baking and it is taken fresh from the fridge.

It is 100% healthy, since it does not contain refined flours, sugar, it is suitable for celiacs, vegans and lactose intolerant. In addition, being raw, they take advantage of all the nutrients and properties of the food we are using. It is very rich and very easy to prepare, it has everything!

It is very beneficial to incorporate a large amount of raw dishes into our diet (as much as possible) because when we cook food, a large part of its nutrients is lost, although this varies depending on the cooking method we use.

For the brownie to be 100% raw we should use raw cocoa powder (which you can find in some herbalists and web pages), instead of the roasted cocoa that is usually used in confectionery. If you do not find it or prefer to use normal cocoa, a delicious dessert will also be available.

No more preambles here this wonderful recipe:

INGREDIENTS
100 grams of nuts
70 grams of cocoa powder without sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
220 grams of pitted dates
3 tablespoons of agave syrup
40 grams of raw almonds (unroasted and without salt)

Preparation:

1- In a food processor, blender or mincer add the nuts and crush them until they become powder.

2- We add the cocoa and salt and crush again until they are integrated.

3- We throw the dates little by little because otherwise the robot could get stuck.

4- Add the 3 tablespoons of agave and stir. There should be a consistency like cake crumbs but sticky and stay compact when pressed, if you do not have this way you can add more dates (if it is too soft) or more agave (if it is too dry).

5- Finally, we toss the chopped almonds and stir to spread. You can chop them with a knife in large pieces or if you prefer you can crush them with the robot so that smaller pieces are left. We like to find almonds so we do not chop them much.

6- In a square or rectangular container (we use one of 15 × 20) we put paper or baking paper and we throw the mixture. Press with the help of a spoon or your hands to press it and leave it in the shape of a brownie. We put in the fridge at least a couple of hours. We took it out after that time, unmold and sprinkle with raw cocoa.
