Nice article! Although I think dancing would be one of the quickest ways for me to induce a panic attack lol! Learning to meditate through the anxiety and confront it is one of the most effective things i've been able to use to combat my personal anxiety. Just sitting in a safe place and being able to feel the anxiety with my whole being actually ends up diminishing it's power.
