Hello STEEMIANS,
In the normal world all of us think that we are losing our brain thoughts. I'm not able to think anymore and think that you have lost our brain this is nothing this is only due to our negligence of brain damaging habits we are interfering daily facing in our life. Today I will say you that most 7 brain damaging habits which are losing our memory power and IQ levels. The 7 brain damaging habits are as follows:

🎗Not taking breakfast in the morning
🎗Head covered while sleeping
🎗High sugar consumption
🎗Air pollution
🎗Eating meal while watching TV or mobile phone
🎗Sleeping late
🎗Enough sleep

🗼NO BREAKFAST
To maintain diet him to become slim many of the members avoid the breakfast this is the main chance where the brain starts to damage. After the sleeping of human being breakfast is the first food consumption in the morning and this gives nutrients to the Brain has brain requires more nutrients in the morning. Not taking breakfast leads to the low concentration of sugar in the blood, which is bad for the health.

🗼Head covered while sleeping
Many of the people cover their heads with blankets and caps while sleeping and they take it's very simply this list in on passing of oxygen to the brain and increases the concentration of carbon dioxide this may start to the damage the brain.

🗼High sugar consumption
More consumption of sugar will interrupt the absorption of nutrients and useful proteins, causing malnutrition in the body and mainly to the Brain this lets do damage thing of brain.

🗼Air pollution
Brain is the largest oxygen consumer organ in our body. In hearing polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain and the more concentration of carbon dioxide so that level of brain are more likely to be decreased and air pollution is one of the most brain damaging habit.

🗼Eating meal while watching TV or mobile phone
The food we eat is engaged to produce nutrients for the increase in the production of brain if we watch electronics like TV or mobile phone while eating with interrupts the procedure in the body this is very dangerous in all of the habit.

🗼Sleeping late
Psychologist have found that sleeping late is an very very bad habit and is most dangerous to the damaging of brain and many of us have the habit of sleeping late at one o'clock two o'clock by chatting on phones are doing anything else how to avoid this habit and another thing that getting up late in the morning and sleeping more in the morning also lets the damage of brain.

🗼Enough sleep
Sleeping is most important for the physical and mental activities of the human being. Getting is asleep about 8 hours is very helpful for the human being getting enough sleep can help to be active anytime. It is helpful for all the organs in the body it has recently been discovered that brain cleans the toxic itself during sleep only. Sleep also accelerate the dead cells of the brain which helps in the in pairing of brain memory.

Hope you have understood the brain damaging habits and avoid these habits as much as possible.
