Haha "holy cows" is really the right words. It is in India in south Goa (Agonda beach). So fun that they where just walking around everywhere. Lantau Island seems like a cool place and I did not know it was cow there too :)
Lantau Island is in Hong Kong and I was surprised to see the cows there when I was there in December. Here are few posts on that but old post (so don't upvote:-) )

So fun they are just walking around in the city - and taking (bull)shits with flowers in haha ;P
Yes, they just walk around though that part of the island is less so city and I suspect the flower was planted by some joker trying to be funny.
