The reasons you should have sex on a regular interval

Having a regular and enjoyable sex life carries a lot of benefits. Here is a few of them:

It is a form of exercise: May not be a full work out but it may provide the benefits of moderate exercise!
Sex is good for women’s heart: It is seen that women who enjoy a couple of sex times in a week suffer less likely from heart diseases
It may lessen your headache: But we need to be aware that, there is a condition known as a coital headache or coital cephalalgia but it is a very rare incidence. In most of the cases, sex may help you cure your headache. Try at home tonight (if you have the option)
It reduces your stress level: More sex, less anxious.
You may have a long time: Although it is not evidence-based, a few studies show that married women who have more climaxed, live a little longer than others. Why not you be a subject of your own study!
It sharpens your mind: It is told that who during every sex, new brain cells are formed, more in men than women. But it is not an established fact. Some studies may have found the link between sex and good memory in the elderly!
It will make your happy: No explanation is necessary I guess.
The bondage becomes strong: If you do sex regularly and enjoy it, the bondage between you and your partner will be stronger day by day.
Will help you to stay slim and lean: Because it burns a good amount of energy
A remedy for mental health: Those who have sex regularly, are less likely to be depressed or to take medication for mental health.
A vaccine against common cold: It is seen that the college students who did sex at least twice in a week had more cold-fighting antibodies in their saliva. [I don’t want this type of antibodies for my kids]
Help you to have sound sleep: It is practical and real.
Will be a better version of you in the future: It is also seen that who had more sex in middle age, were more like to stay healthy and happy in the old age.
You could make a baby: It is the principal achievement of having sex.

Personal note: In Islam, it is considered one of the major sins to have premarital or extramarital sex. Only permitted among lawful husband and wife.
