Cinnamon is very commonly used in a large number of foods products and drinks. People in South Asia usually take it with a cup of green tea after lunch and dinner. The green tea is considered best for digestion and weight loss and these properties of green tea increases many times when Cinnamon is added to it. It is commonly used against diabetes by the local population in India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. It is very commonly prescribed by local Hakeems (traditional doctors) against diabetes and various other medical problems
