Blended chocolate chia seed pudding

I've never been a fan of the chunkiness of traditional chia seed pudding, so I tried it blended and it turned out great!

Blended chocolate chia seed pudding (cacao nibs on top optional) •1 1/2 cups almond milk or preferred nut milk •1/3 cup pulverized chia seeds(I put mine in my blender I happen to have a vitamix and it did a great job) •1/4 cup cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder •2-5 tablespoons maple syrup or you can use about 5 dates and put in the blender again to mix it all at the end • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

I let mine sit overnight and then put it in the vitamix blender (or any blender you have)on high for 30 seconds and it’s the same consistency as chocolate pudding with no chunks at all ......it contains healthy omega 3 fats and antioxidants that are great for many things, including skin and hair ..and it tastes great :)
