Health Status can change at anytime

We really need to appreciate good health when we got it. It is something really priceless and sometimes money cannot really but it. There are so many people lying in the hospital ill and have so much money but it can do them no good because their condition is incurable. So, good health should really be valued and enjoyed.

Unfortunately, no matter how we try to maintain our health in good shape, we can only end at trying sometimes. There are people who have put a lot into maintaining a good health status but still things still take a down turn. That is just how it is but still worth giving the try. I meet so many people who have done away with so many things they like in an effort to maintain a good health status but that does not happen.

Health status can change at anytime. Today, you see someone in perfect health and tomorrow, the same person is found lying on his/her bed critically ill and unable to move. All you can do is ask yourself what happened in just some few hours?
That's how fragile our health can be to be specific and life in general.

I remember my own days when I was ill. Man, the thought of all that good food, outings, fun etc but you cannot enjoy it all and all you can do is sit down there and watch while others enjoy it. So terrible and the thought of being confined in a hospital on a hospital bed. I don't even want to ever remember it and hope that never happens again.

Our efforts in maintaining a good health status can be very effective and helpful but can never really guarantee anything. Some times, our efforts are not just enough and things just get out of our control.

People do not just get sick overnight except u took poison which could be anything poisonous. Sickness gets accumulated overtime and manifest gradually usually through headache. When you tell people to stop smoking or taking alcohol or even junk, they think you are speaking Latin cause they don't feel the effects yet but after some years, it starts to manifest. You are what u eat. Exercise and stay healthy. That's all I have to say.
