USEFUL: Why is it so important to eat breakfast?

Morning everyone!

I always, always eat breakfast.
However, I know that some of the people don't like having this morning meal.
Why should they?

Let me share 3 strong reasons of eating breakfast daily!

  1. It is the food for body and soul. Obviously, it boost one's energy for at least the first half of the day, but it actually gives a bit more. When your stomach is not empty, your brain is keep sending the signals to your body that something is due. It is like a computer or smartphone with low battery – it will just keep reminding you "it's low", "recharge it". With such silent pressure comes even more feelings: anxiety, weakness. You can easily avoid this situation and present yourself with fresh and free mind.

  2. It reduces serious health problems.It is easy as that: have a breakfast and help yourself to avoid such sicknesses as Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease or stroke and even cold or flu! It is proven scientifically, so why fight with that? Let's just eat breakfast!

  3. It helps to weight less.. Scientifically said, eating in the morning jump starts your metabolism. Another studies say that those who skipped breakfast were more likely to be obese. For me, these two reasons are enough not to want to risk it.
