Staying healthy is everyone's dream and desire... But staying healthy comes at a price.
successful people take adequate time to exercise on a regular basis... they understand that a body that isn't exercised begins to waste away in vital areas and unhealthy problems such as obesity eventually sets in.

Successful people understand that all the money in the world without health is not success. they ensure that they maximize the food they eat (healthy or unhealthy). This helps them maintain energy and strength.

In other words the actual purpose of eating is to gain strength and energy so that one can accomplish, achieve, and make the world a better place for all.

On the other hand, unsuccessful people eat just for entertainment and pleasure or just as a way of escaping from situations or problems they are facing.
Staying healthy is a choice... Make one to day!...
