Excellent article and very important as summer ia also approaching. I do like to drink carbonated water instead of soft drinks with my lunch meals. I think with smartphones and wearables, one can readily track daily water intake. Hydration is super important. Frankly it also helps me feel energised during the day as compared to days when my water intake is low.
