Swimming is a big part of my life. I have been in this sport for the past 8 years. When I look back, I can't imagine what would I do instead. In swimming you don't just practice in water, you practice on dry, in the gym (or in my case, a hole).


For me, having even a small amount of physical activity is important. Why? Well, it makes you feel better, and it's doing good to your body.
If we always complain about something, and just sit and let time pass. That is not okay. Life is only happening once. Use it. Make the best of it, and yourself!
