wow i never thought it contains iron, loving it more now. we usually prepare it with moringga leaves as soup, it's very healthy😊

If you notice, after a blood donor, your doctor or nurse will give you a green bean drink or advise you to eat green beans, as green beans contain iron that can add red blood cells (hemoglobin).
If you process the green beans into soup, we process them into porridge by adding ingredients such as sticky rice, banana, jackfruit and pandan leaves as flavorings 😊
