Wow. 19 days is a long time to fast. good on you. I'm impressed - that takes a lot of will power. I did a four day fast once and all i thought about was pizza, fried chicken, burgers, cake ...etc - basically all the high calorie foods you can think of.
Lol, yeah i did a couple 3 day fasts before and didn't know how anyone could go longer :D. After day 5 it gets super easy and you need electrolytes for energy/health. Also the bacteria in your gut is most likely what was doing all the craving as theyll die when you starve them. Its definitely been an experience and has a profound effect on the body/mind.
