A form of physical activity, to make us fit and enhance the body structure. Having ten push-ups everyday can go a long way in promoting our physical wellbeing.

Here are some exercise u can perform daily in your room.

-Abdominal crunches; raising the head and arm off the ground, when lying in supinated position, with knee raised above the ground.

You agree with me that exercise has range of benefits on our mental and physical heath, how has it been doing these

  1. Regular exercise helps reduce the risk of obesity because exercise increase the energy expenditure of the body. This tends to burn fat deposit and cause weight loss.

  2. You believe with me that a heathy person has a wealthy mind. Exercise makes one happy for oneself. Exercise cause the release serotonin and norepinephrine, which reduces anxiety and depression

  3. It helps reduce the risk of heart diseases mostly coronary heart disease and some othe chronic body diseases e.g diabetes and increase blood fat.

  4. Regulate your sleep cycle.
    Exercise help condition the brain to cause sleep after exercise to decreas the heat generated during exercise.

  5. Exercise help boost the memory, it does this by increasing hippocampus, part of the brain for
    memory, thought and learning.

  1. lastly, exercise increase the lifespan to about 4.5 years
