HARM NOT THY VAGINA !!!!

You are about to discover very interesting but important things you ought to avoid doing in order not to harm the VAGINA.

CLEANING IT
You may be tempted to use soap or other detergents or various vaginal wash in the name of cleaning the vagina or making the vagina smell like rose flower....PLEASE THE VAGINA IS STRICTLY OUT OF BOUNDS!!!

The vagina has a normal flora, the vagina has good bacteria known as lactobacilli and it's job is to ensure that the VAGINA IS CLEAN at all times because it produces acid in the vagina to kill bad bacteria. The vagina is created such that it can take care of itself in terms of cleaning. If you take off your pant and you find a discharge in it, just know that your vagina has done some general cleaning (take note of your normal discharge from discharge caused by infections) The vagina has a PH level between 3.5 to 4.5 and the right BALANCE must be maintained. If it falls below the normal balance then it means the vagina will become more ACIDIC and when it goes up it becomes more of ALKALINE. Either way, it is not good for the vagina.

Blood (menstrual blood or spotting) has alkaline with PH level of about 7.4 which can throw the normal flora off balance. Semen also has alkaline to enable the sperms to swim or move (motility).

Putting things inside the vagina in the name of cleaning will only change the normal flora of the vagina. The lactobacilli will no longer be able to perform its natural duty hence infection is possible or the vagina becomes prone to infection. Sperms will not be able to swim so it will reduce the chances of getting pregnant.

How Do You Wash?

Use ONLY WATER to wash just the VULVA but not the vagina. However, if you feel you have perspired or feel so unclean there, use unscented glycerine or castile soap to was just the vulva. Use more water to rinse it well or use a clean special towel purposely for such cleaning. Using water to wash the vagina will take out the lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli and it will take time for it to be produced again so before it's produced if you engage in unprotected sex and there is infection, you can easily get it.

If the vagina itches, has a bad adour and the colour of the discharge changes then it means you have an INFECTION which has to be TREATED.

It has become very common and fashionable for some ladies to go pantless these days so that their butt can shake very well. Some wear tight fitting jeans or leggings/skinny/slags which will directly rub against the vulva as you walk and the vaginal fluids Will be deposited the part facing the vulva. Some people REPEAT the jeans they wear and so the dried vaginal discharge will make contact with the vulva again when another discharge from the vagina comes out leading to infection.

Disinfecting The PANTIES

It is not enough to wash your panties with just soap or even dettol. Once in a while, disinfect all your panties with parazol. Bacteria can form SPORES and when it does, ordinary water or dettol cannot get rid of it.

Use 1 in 10 formula (the amount of parazol used, the same amount of water by 10 must be added. E.g.. one cup of parazol is to 10 cups of water) to soak the panties for about 10 minutes. If it stay longer it can damage the material.

Dry them in the sun and if possible iron them before wearing. It is preferable to use panties made of cotton.

Now that you know: Harm no more your VAGINA!!!FB_IMG_1533628491103.jpg
