As all you intake goes in the body through mouth . Several disease of and mouth related problem starts with WHAT YOU EAT AND WHAT YOU DON’T

How to maintain your oral hygiene

1.Proper Brushing

. use soft bristle toothbrush.
. move brush in small circulars and do on both surface of teeth.

2.Flossing

3.Chewing gum – occasionally use chewing gums (XILYTOL) containing , don’t use sugar congaing gums.

4. Don't Eat Carbohydrate rich diet (eating CHOCOLATES , sweets before going to bed) and Carbonated drinks like coke enhance the life of bacteria within the oral cavity.
