How to get rid of lower back pain.

Just try it.

Sometimes my back pain was so strong that I can barely got up from bed. I started doing those exercises about six months ago. Since then I don't have back pain anymore.

Important

Do it few times a week.
For start do only first 10 minutes.
If you feel any pain doing one of those exercise, skip it.
