Man today too much acidifies his body and does not clean it from toxins. More alkaline foods should be used, if the body is overweight, it will suffer from many health problems. The biggest diet problem is processed food and modern way of life. To change this, we need to import in our bodie as much raw fruit and vegetables and green pie juices.

Great post! I love smoothies with all types of fruits and vegetables, and juices as well, all fresh. On days i'm in a rush I take a supplement called Greens Plus to fill in. Feel a lot better over the last year integrating raw fruits and vegetables into my diet in different ways.

First can i ask if you have a biology course ie biology 101?

If you do, do you think you can "alkalize" your body? Do you know what will happen to the proteins structure when the blood pH goes above 7.5?
Secondly, if you have no basic understanding of biology/biochemistry, you actually have no idea what you are talking about !! Therefore, it is nonsense or fake news!

There seems to be lots of conflicting information out there about whether it is possible or even beneficial to alkalise the body. I don't pretend to have the answer to this but one thing is for sure....your body will always benefit from eating less processed foods and more raw (preferably organic) fruit, veg, nuts etc. Thank you fof sharing!
