Heat stroke is caused by the increase in body temperature.Heat Stroke is one of the most difficult problems in hot summer.General temperature of human body is 98 F.If this temperature is 104 F then it becomes a hit stroke.
The cause of heat stroke ??
The main reason for the hit stroke dyhydration.In excess heat the body water decreases and the temperature goes up.
What are the signs of a heat stroke?
1. If the temperature is more than 104 F.
2. Head down
3. Vomiting
4. skin reddishness comes
5. Headache
6. Weakness
7. confusion
8. coma

Prevent heat stroke?
Keep body temperature right.Exercise at the heating and do not work too much.Wearing white and light gray dresses.Drink more water.Take the umbrella and hat while going out.Following some caution, we got rid of the heat stroke.
