Pachan sakte ko suharne mai or khana pachan karne mai bhi harad ka ishtemal hota hai. Yoon samasya mai bhi harad fayde mand hai kese jagha par sujan hone par bhi harad ka ishtemal hota hai. jo kisi ko dast ho jaye to bhi harad ka upyog kiya jata hai. Harad kai bimaryo se bachata hai hame ho sake utna harad ka ishtemal karna chaye.
