A lot of things changes with the time; but we do not get any solution of some problems! We cannot avoid, even after trying to forget. If the problem is not solved, then what is the way to get rid of unnecessary stress?

The Health Scientists believe that if you can control your body properly, then it will be easy to control your mind. For which eating habits are very important. Special nutrient components of some foods help to keep our nerves cool, although it may temporarily reduce some of the stress. The Hindustan Times reported such five foods in one report.

Cashew nut

Cashew nuts are a good source of important nutrients zinc. Zinc is very effective to overcome anxiety and depression. If you are able to meet the zinc demands of the body, then it is very easy to keep the nervous system cool. Nowadays, packaged Cashew nuts are available in the market as well as in stores. Make eating habits of Cashew nuts; prepare yourself to face the stress.

Oats

Oats are very healthy food. With a lot of fiber this food meets many needs of the body. Especially it is very helpful to make the strong anti-oxidants in the brain named 'Serotonin'. The scientists have identified it as 'feel good' chemicals. You can eat oats at the morning or at night, with milk or just with fresh water.

With the other nutrients walnut also contains alpha-linolenic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, and other polyphenols. These components increase the thinking ability of brain. If you eat some walnuts regularly, then your ability of thinking will increase and it will help to reduce stress.

We know orange is the good resource of Vitamin-C and about its benefits also. If you are a bit depressed, then a glass of orange juice can boost up your mind and body within a moment. The strong anti-oxidant effect of garlic is very helpful to increasing the immune system. Due to mental pressure, we usually do many irregularities; which can weaken our body. There is a chance to take shelter of different kinds of diseases in the body due to weakness. Have little amount of garlic regularly to avoid these diseases. The habit of garlic eating will keep your blood pressure under control. The risk of high blood pressure is more dangerous for the people with depression. So keep some garlic in your diet, be healthy physically and mentally.

I feel the same way about. I myself have been vegan for about 4 years, and haven't eaten meat for longer, I find that people waking up to the idea of what we put into our bodies is super important. everything in fact. Balance this with a great physical regimen, and think positive thoughts, and find our best selves.. Peace!
