Three habits of Successful people

Please don’t do the following if you wish to remain stagnant:

1- Spiritual ritual : whether you are an atheist or a nun, research has shown that extremely successful individuals have some sort of ‘practice’, where deeper reflection and introspection is implemented at least once a day and mostly twice daily if not more. Light a candle and sit crossed legged for five minutes reflecting or visualising how you would like your day to go...you will not regret it.

2- Weekly/daily goal-setting: this can include budgeting, exercise, health, nutrition, work and life goals. Set aside five minutes a day to complete this simple task. You can use diagrams and mind-maps to make this more visually appealing. Successful people achieve their goals because they take the time to set them!

3- Service: serving others may be a daily part of your life however successful people outline specific tasks that they would like to complete as part of serving the world.
