Well now it really seems to be many options on making smoothies but you want to keep it healthy now with this one we have soy which by the way is a healthy alternative from the dairy,plus soy can help to lower your bad cholesterol or LDL plus soy has antioxidants too,plus this smoothie is very simple to make,ok first we need 1 cup of soy milk then add 3 oz tofu then add 1banana cut up then add 1cup of frozen strawberries then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then blend all together and add more soy milk if needed to make smooth,ok the next one has blueberries which are low in calories and very high in like antioxidants plus can help with DNA damage plus may help to prevent cancer and can also help with lowering your blood pressure too,ok first we need 1cup of frozen strawberries then add 1\2 cup of plain yogurt then add 1cup of almond milk then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then blend all together and add more almond milk if needed.
