Well then we have good old olive oil which by the way is just loaded with health benefits,now there are studies that show olive oil in higher intake can help to prevent cancers too,one big review that was made up of about 19 studies found that people who consumed olive oil had a lower risk of getting breast cancer and also lower risk of digestive system cancer too plus other studies around the world found that a higher intake of olive oil had a decrease of colorectal cancer too,so the best way to use extra virgin olive oil is just use it instead of like butter or other oils or do what i do is take 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in the mornings and then 1tablespoon in the afternoon and then 2tablespoons at night and then i also.take about 12-16 grams of fresh garlic in the mornings i cut it up and then let it sit for like 5mins then chase it down with some raw honey and water.
