Foods for hangovers
Well you see there is really only a few foods that will help you with that hangover now you can just add them to a smoothie or just eat them with some other food also you see alcohol is really a diuretic so what happens here is you lose potassium and also the sodium that your body has stored up and that bad ass headache is from dehydration be cause also all of those runs to the bathroom did not help either so one of the ways to rehydrate one self is with coconut water you see it will give a good dose of electrolytes which is very important to keep you hydrated you see just one cup has about 550 mg of potassium and about 240 mg of sodium.so would be smart to keep some coconut water at home just in case one parties a little to much haha.
