Well as one can see there are many foods to take when sick the next one is good old Banana which by the way is great to eat if you have diarrhea the banana has a good amount of fiber to help with that,bananas are just a really easy food to eat when sick and has a good amount of nutrients also and is good for nausea too,then we have oatmeal which can help to boost your immune system,in a study they found that oatmeal can help to decrease inflammation which can help with things like diarrhea and bloating also just do not buy the flavored oatmeal to much sugar use the old fashion oatmeal and just add some raw honey and some fruit instead of sugar,plus oatmeal can help also with improving your blood sugar control,plus oatmeal does have protein like just 1\2 a cup has about 4-6 grams of protein.
